ImageTrapper, ImageTrapper and other trademarks and/or service marks (including logos and designs) found on the Web Site are trademarks/service marks that identify imagetrapper.com and the goods and/or services provided by imagetrapper.com. Such marks may not be used under any circumstances without the prior written authorization of ImageTrapper.

Refund policy

imagetrapper.com may offer trial versions of its digital products, goods, and software for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the value of products prior to purchase.
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a purchase has been made, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, imagetrapper.com does not accept product refunds, returns, or exchanges unless you can prove, and if imagetrapper.com (ImageTrapper) agrees on one of the following propositions:
1. The product you purchased performs radically different then the way it is documented and demonstrated on imagetrapper.com website and cannot be repaired/updated by imagetrapper.com.
2. The product you purchased was somehow purchased by mistake, or it has been purchased for multiple redundant times.
3. The product was not purchased by you, and the purchase is a fraud.
In these cases, you have 7 days from the purchase to send your claim to our support, and we will give you a full refund of the product.

imagetrapper.com may provide hyperlinks to third-party web sites as a convenience to users of the Web Site. ImageTrapper does not control third-party web sites and is not responsible for the contents of any linked-to, third-party web sites or any hyperlink in a linked-to web site. ImageTrapper does not endorse, recommend or approve any third-party web site hyperlinked from the Web Site. ImageTrapper will have no liability to any entity for the content or use of the content available through such hyperlink.

Demo and Trial Versions

Image Trapper offers a free trial version of our software. The trial version is a branded version with the Image Trapper logo above all other elements. The Image Trapper logo will be removed and hidden permenantly upon purchase of a valid license.

Bugs and Issues

Components and other products sold on imagetrapper.com are tested over and over by our QA team; however they may not function correctly, they may have functional, conceptual and/or documentation bugs and issues. In these case, imagetrapper (ImageTrapper) will try to fix the bugs, issues and errors found and will supply the buyer with working updates. The free trial versions are designed especially to be full functional, in order to let prospective buyers test their components before they make a purchase, this is why a bug found in a V3 component will not lead to refund.

No Representations or Warranties; Limitations on Liability

The information and materials on the Web Site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information contained herein.
